ArchersClub (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the ArchersClub mobile application handles information and device permissions.

1. Overview
ArchersClub is an archery scoring and tracking application that also provides additional archery-related tools.
At this time, ArchersClub is designed so that user-created content is stored locally on the user’s device. We do not currently provide cloud backup or cloud upload for user photos or scoring session images.
2. Information We Access
Camera
The app may use your device camera for:
- taking photos of shots,
- taking photos of shooting sessions,
- setting or updating the archer’s profile photo.
These photos are stored only on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
Location
The app may access approximate location data to provide more relevant weather information. This helps determine suitable weather conditions for outdoor archery shooting.
Location data is used only for this feature and is not stored on our servers.
Notifications
The app may send notifications for reminders, such as practice reminders, streak reminders, or other app-related alerts.
Internet Access
The app uses internet access to:
- retrieve weather data,
- display news feed content,
- support app features that require online data.
3. Data Storage
All scoring data, session data, and photos created within the app are currently stored locally on your device.
We do not currently upload these photos or locally stored scoring/session records to our own cloud servers.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Any data fetched from third-party services, such as weather or news providers, is used only to provide the relevant functionality inside the app.
5. Permissions
ArchersClub may request the following permissions:
- Camera
- Approximate location
- Notifications
- Internet access
- Vibration
These permissions are used only to support the app’s features described in this Privacy Policy.
6. Your Control
You can control app permissions at any time in your device settings. If you deny certain permissions, some features of ArchersClub may not function as intended.
7. Children’s Privacy
ArchersClub is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
